Job summary

Telamon Corporation seeks a Senior Director of the Project Management Office to lead enterprise governance for customer implementations and major cross-functional initiatives. You will coordinate across Field Services, Network Services, and Device Lifecycle Services to ensure successful go-live.

You will establish standards, stage gates, risk management, and escalation protocols, while guiding strategic initiatives including acquisitions and technology implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of project or program management experience, with governance and PMO exposure.
• Experience standing up PMO, building governance structures, templates, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise project governance from contract to go-live across multiple operating companies.
• Establish cadence, decision rights, escalation paths, and risk/issue tracking for programs.
• Develop standardized playbooks, templates, and executive dashboards for program delivery.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, and IS.
