Job summary

Claritev Corporation is seeking a Lead, Project Management to drive complex operational, technology, client, and enterprise projects from initiation through closure. You will develop plans, govern workouts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage risks and dependencies to deliver aligned outcomes.

In this role, you will mentor team members, communicate with executives, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
• Minimum seven years of project management experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of PM practices, risk/change management, SDLC, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to closure with strategic alignment.
• Define project scope, requirements, resource plans, timelines, and budgets with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, governance docs, and delivery frameworks.
• Monitor performance and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and executive communications; drive decisions and resolve roadblocks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, technology, PM, and client management.
• Evaluate business processes and customer experiences to identify improvement opportunities.
• Apply PM and continuous improvement methodologies while mentoring team members and ensuring HIPAA/compliance.
