Claritev is seeking a senior manager to lead enterprise initiatives across product planning, operations analytics, and technology-enabled innovations. The role partners with executive leadership to shape roadmaps and drive cross-functional execution, focusing on data-driven decision making and scalable solutions.

The position emphasizes HIPAA governance, strategic planning, and delivery of measurable business outcomes through analytics, AI, and automation.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in a related field; graduate degree preferred.
• Ten years of progressive experience in project, program, portfolio, strategic planning, operations, analytics, or related work.
• Demonstrated success delivering enterprise programs, governance, and stakeholder management.
• Strong knowledge of project management, strategic planning, business analysis, process improvement, requirements management, financial analysis, reporting, and change management.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise programs from concept through closure within scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities and develop enterprise roadmaps and governance.
• Direct cross-functional teams across Operations, Analytics, Product, IT, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Account Management.
• Develop executive-ready plans, dashboards, KPIs, status reports, and business cases communicating progress and recommendations.
• Lead requirements discovery for AI, automation, and technology solutions aligning with stakeholder needs.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design scalable processes, reporting, self-service analytics, and AI-enabled decision-support capabilities.
• Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, changes, budgets, resources, vendors, and escalations.
