Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Omaha, NE seeks a Project Manager to drive successful delivery of customer projects from inception to closeout.

You will manage schedules, contracts, and resource planning, coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and service teams, and report progress to the PMO. Travel up to 25% may be required. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years PM experience are expected; PMP is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and meeting profitability targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; advanced skills in MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules with milestones and resources.
• Lead contract review and negotiation with Account Managers, Business Development Managers, and Market Development Managers.
• Manage contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide schedule and budget updates to PMO and executives.
• Report variances between progress, schedule, and baselines.
• Prepare formal project documentation with Engineering and other departments.
• Organize project documentation per PMO standards.
• Meet with customers for negotiations, kickoff, status, and closeout.
• Schedule and lead status meetings with project resources.
• Create and implement new project management processes.
• Coordinate with Engineering on internal projects.
• Bid management including bid schedules and approvals.
