Job summary

Responsibilities include developing schedules, coordinating with the PMO, and conducting negotiations with customers while maintaining thorough documentation and reporting on progress and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to coordinate and complete projects on time and within profitability expectations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong time management.
• Ability to work autonomously and negotiate contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules with deliverables, milestones, and resources.
• Perform contract reviews and negotiations with account teams.
• Manage contracts throughout project duration.
• Provide updates on schedule and budget to PMO and executives.
• Report variances between progress and baselines.
• Prepare documentation with Engineering and other departments.
• Organize project documentation per PMO standards.
• Visit customers for negotiations, kickoff, status updates, and closeouts.
• Schedule and facilitate status meetings and review upcoming work.
• Create and implement new project management processes.
• Coordinate with Engineering for internal projects.
• Bid management including bid schedules and approvals.
