Job summary

Ilocatum is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives in Omaha, NE. You will own schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time project delivery with profitability targets. The role requires 3+ years of PM experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong MS Project proficiency.

PMP is a plus but not required; bilingual ability is a bonus but not mandatory. Travel up to 25% is possible to coordinate with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• PMP not required but advantageous.
• Second language skills (Spanish, French, German, or Mandarin) would set a candidate apart.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet profitability targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules with milestones and resource allocation.
• Conduct contract reviews and negotiations with cross-functional teams.
• Manage contracts throughout project lifecycle.
• Provide schedule and budget updates to PMO and executives.
• Coordinate with Engineering for internal projects and bid management.
