Top Echelon LLC is seeking a Project Manager in Omaha, NE to deliver customer projects efficiently. The role covers bid management, schedule creation, contract review, and resource planning to ensure on-time completion across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and service activities.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of PM experience; PMP is not required. Strong communication, negotiation, and MS Project proficiency are expected; travel up to 25% is possible.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• PM experience with contract review and bid management.
• Ability to conduct business in a second language would be a plus.
• Proven ability to complete projects on time and within profitability expectations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Develop and maintain project schedules with milestones and resources.
• Review contracts and negotiate alongside account managers.
• Manage contracts throughout project life cycle.
• Provide status updates on schedule and budget to PMO and executives.
• Report variances between progress and baselines.
• Prepare formal documentation with engineering and other departments.
• Organize project documentation per PMO standards.
