Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day execution to support end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment to business objectives, timelines, and dependencies.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements, success criteria, and key dependencies, translating inputs into clear project deliverables.
• Draft, maintain, and govern core project artifacts (e.g., scope, project plans/schedules, resource assumptions, and risk/issue logs).
• Produce senior management-ready communications, including presentations, dashboards, and status reports, highlighting progress, milestones, risk/issues, achievements and required decisions.
• Provide coordination and working-level guidance to project team members to enable effective collaboration, consistent communications, and continuous process improvement.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail, effectively prioritize work in a dynamic environment, and quickly learning/adapting to new tools and platforms.
