Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in equity compensation administration or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Familiarity with equity-related accounting, tax, and legal concepts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned projects across Automation, Data Analysis, Corporate Action, and Administrative support.
• Provide expertise in equity compensation practices, trends, and programs.
• Support client relationships by delivering timely responses to information requests.
• Collaborate with Product, Onboarding, Client Success Management, Implementation, and external partners to implement solutions.
