Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business management, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of relevant financial, accounting, and healthcare management experience.
• Strong background in construction estimating, scheduling, and budget management.
• Experience managing complex infrastructure projects in construction.
• Knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead project cost management by tracking expenses, managing change orders, and forecasting financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with teams on project scheduling, resource allocation, and timeline management to optimize project delivery.
• Prepare detailed reports for executive leadership on project financial health and progress.
• Provide leadership over the accounting and finance functions, including financial planning, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and internal control structures.
• Develop sound billing processes and oversee billing functions, including coding, accounts receivable, claims processing, and collections.
• Oversee General Ledger functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and conformity with professional accounting standards.
• Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and safety standards, including compliance with HIPAA regulations.
