The Controller will manage budgets, coordinate audits, and drive process improvements while supporting a culture of professional growth and service excellence across hospitals and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• Experience in healthcare or hospital accounting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial controls is required.

Responsibilities

• Directs the department's activities to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develops and monitors budgets and department expenditures.
• Coordinates internal and external audits and reporting.
