Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum five years hospital accounting experience.
• Knowledge of financial management and analysis principles.
• Experience with budgeting, internal controls, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the hospital's accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reviews and budgets.
• Improve operational efficiency per leadership requests.
• Participate in Governing Body committees as needed.
