Job summary

IDEX is seeking a Project Accounting & Finance Professional to support a portfolio of service and equipment projects. You will handle project setup, modifications, and contract-to-system reconciliation under the FP&A Manager guidance.

Responsibilities include project accounting, forecasting, and commercial support, with emphasis on ensuring billing readiness and accurate monthly reporting. This full-time role requires independent work after training and close collaboration with Billing,

Qualifications

• Experience with project accounting and revenue recognition.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Deltek Costpoint) and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics CRM).
• Ability to perform month-end close and reporting in FP&A context.

Responsibilities

• Contract and project setup; verify approvals and documentation before processing project setup and approved modifications in ERP.
• Reconcile contract values, project details, funding, and modifications between systems; investigate discrepancies.
• Project accounting and project-to-cash support; validate labor, materials, subcontractor costs, and cost allocations.
