IDEXX is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team, anchoring planning, forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting. The role centers on consolidating financials, performing variance analysis, and supporting monthly closes across a global multi‑segment business.

Based at our Westbrook, Maine headquarters, this role requires onsite presence and offers exposure to enterprise‑level results, dashboards, and strategic planning with finance leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with large data sets.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial information.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities in a close/budget calendar.
• Strong written and verbal communication, team ownership, and independence.

Responsabilités

• Prepare recurring management reporting for month‑end and quarter‑end close, including consolidated results and variance analysis.
• Support total company forecast and annual budget roll‑up with data collection and consolidation.
• Assist in developing Board materials with schedules, charts, and exhibits.
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, and expenses against forecast and prior year, explaining drivers.
• Build and maintain financial models, templates, dashboards, and analytical tools for data consistency.
• Support strategic planning with historical trend analysis and consolidated views.
