Job summary

Volumetric Building Companies (VBC) seeks a Project Executive for Strategic Project Delivery to partner with executives and cross-functional teams, shaping project strategies, delivery models, and alignment with enterprise objectives.

The role acts as a trusted consultant across feasibility, planning, execution, and financial analysis, leading large-scale initiatives in manufacturing and AEC, while mentoring leaders and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture/engineering or 7+ years' PM in manufacturing or AEC.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams through design to delivery.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and contracts.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory and planning to align projects with business goals.
• Lead client workshops, executive briefings, and align stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple large-scale initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and optimize delivery performance.
• Mentor project leadership and drive process improvements.
