Job summary

Princeton10 is seeking an Associate Art Director to lead conceptual and visual direction for pharma and healthcare campaigns. You’ll shape ideas from brief to final production, collaborating with copy and cross-functional teams to ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.

We expect a portfolio showing strong storytelling across print, digital, social, and omnichannel, plus 2 years of agency experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead art direction and execution of integrated campaigns across assigned pharma and healthcare brands, keeping every deliverable aligned to brand strategy and client objectives
• Partner with Copy Supervisors and cross-functional teams to build creative that balances storytelling with scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Mentor Art Directors and Designers with direction, feedback, and real opportunities to grow
• Present creative concepts to clients and internal teams, owning the strategic rationale behind the work
• Guide projects from concept through final production without letting craft or consistency slip
• Translate clinical data, customer insights, and market trends into visual work across print, digital, social, and omnichannel
• Push for better, exploring new creative approaches and technologies rather than defaulting to what’s safe
