The role requires senior-level experience in engineering, construction, or transportation projects with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent.
• MBA is a plus.
• PMP/PMI/PE/AIA/NCIDQ certifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead project teams to meet goals within time and budget.
• Develop and manage client relationships and business development opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to project playbooks, standards, and quality expectations.
• Prepare technical documents, testing plans, proposals, and staff plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams to augment business development and operations.
