The Studio Delivery Services group seeks a Project Cost Engineer with 5–10 years of experience to manage project financials across the full lifecycle, from budgeting and contracting to procurement, billing, forecasting, change management and closeout. Base salary aligns with market data, with potential bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of project accounting experience in design-build, construction, architecture or related field.
• Experience with all phases of project financial management: budgeting, forecasting, billing, change management, closeout.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project budgets, contracts, costs, and billing schedules.
• Monitor costs, revenue, gross profit, cash flow, and forecasted costs to complete.
• Review invoices, change orders, and budgets against contracts and terms.
• Prepare client progress billings and supporting documentation (AIA where applicable).
• Support accounting for design services and consultant costs, including phase-based billing.
