Job summary

Saulsbury Industries is seeking a Project Controls professional to provide comprehensive cost control, reporting, and forecasting to project management. You will develop and maintain cost, labor, and subcontract reports, support change management, and forecast project costs for monthly reporting.

Responsibilities include budgeting, payroll coding audits, data quality checks, and collaboration with procurement and billing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cost management and project controls experience in EPC or oil & gas preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in teams or independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project cost reports weekly.
• Maintain weekly/monthly labor progress and cost tracking reports.
• Assist with change management: change orders, budget shifts, trends, contingency management.
• Forecast costs for monthly reporting and assist management in budgeting.
• Audit payroll coding and perform data audits; liaison with procurement and billing.
