Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years professional project experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 3 years of professional project management experience.
• At least 1 year with Monday.com, MS Project, Project Server or SharePoint.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.
• Great attention to detail and follow up.
• Ability to manage projects, assignments and competing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned projects per bureau project management lifecycle.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current and stored properly.
• Assists in policy and procedure development for the lifecycle.
• Collaborates with program office liaisons on business processes.
• Identifies resources and assigns responsibilities.
• Reviews deliverables before client handoff.
• Schedules and leads all project meetings.
• Verifies results via system audits of implemented technologies.
• Recommends strategies, policies and procedures based on outcomes.
• Reviews installations to improve future projects.
