Job summary

The role emphasizes developing performance metrics, dashboards, and process improvements while coordinating with finance, contracts, HR, IT, and other stakeholders. A strong communication and analytical background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Associates with 3 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years in project management, business management, operations, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years in government, public health, or highly regulated environment.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Effective communication across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a business management and project management resource for CFA.
• Provides strategic support to the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Finance and Administration.
• Leads development and monitoring of CFA business and operational plans.
• Identifies issues, researches solutions, and presents recommendations to leadership.
• Develops dashboards, reports, and tracking mechanisms to monitor performance.
• Facilitates meetings and documents decisions with cross-functional teams.
