Socket.dev is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and delivery of projects. You will collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to keep milestones on track, budgets in check, and quality standards met.

The role emphasizes documentation, risk management, and effective communication. A bachelor's degree and 2+ years of coordinating projects are preferred, with familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or similar role.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project, Asana, Trello or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project schedules, tasks, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
• Serve as the key point of contact between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Prepare, update, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting summaries.
• Track project progress, resource allocation, and budget expenditures using project management tools.
• Proactively identify and address project risks, issues, and bottlenecks.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, training sessions, and reviews.
• Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and contract compliance.
• Support continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
• Foster clear communication and collaboration among project team members and departments.
