Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and delivery of projects in a dynamic team. You will coordinate schedules, meetings, and documentation while working with project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

The role requires 2+ years in project coordination, familiarity with Agile/Waterfall, and experience with MS Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PM, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
• PMP or CAPM certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project schedules, tasks, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
• Serve as the key point of contact between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Prepare, update, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting summaries.
