Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. You will support planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects, coordinating with project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

You will monitor schedules, prepare documentation, track progress and risks, and help optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or similar role.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project schedules, tasks, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
• Serve as the key point of contact between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Prepare, update, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting summaries.
• Track project progress, resource allocation, and budget expenditures.
• Proactively identify and address project risks, issues, and bottlenecks.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, training sessions, and reviews.
• Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and contract compliance.
• Support continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
• Foster clear communication and collaboration among project team members and departments.
