Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. You will support planning, execution, and delivery of projects, collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality targets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and related methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
• PMP or CAPM certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project schedules, tasks, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
• Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Prepare, update, and maintain comprehensive project documentation (plans, reports, meeting notes).
• Track project progress, resource allocation, and budget expenditures using PM tools.
• Identify and address project risks, issues, and bottlenecks proactively.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, trainings, and reviews.
• Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and contract compliance.
• Support continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
• Foster clear communication and collaboration across the project team.
