Job summary

Baker Group is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to partner with the Industrial Project Team. You will develop and maintain project plans, track field productivity, and support cost forecasting.

Responsibilities include creating schedules, WBS development, CPM scheduling, and reporting for project health. Your experience with Primavera P6, MS Office, and scheduling standards will enable accurate progress tracking, baselines, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent through experience (typically six years of related progressive work experience).
• Extensive practical experience with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, Project) and Primavera Project P6.
• Strong working knowledge of scheduling techniques and industry scheduling standards.

Responsibilities

• Review project controls requirements per project and provide input to project team on reporting.
• Develop project control reports to track project progress and performance.
• Create and manage project schedules aligned with budgets and costs.
• Develop WBS and CP M schedules with project managers, foreman, and estimators.
• Load schedules with labor and cost data and update baselines for progress and changes.
• Analyze project KPIs and provide feedback on project health to the Project Manager.
