Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for a Project Controls Specialist opportunity in Oak Ridge, TN at the Y-12 National Security Complex.

Position Overview

The Project Controls Specialist provides varied project controls support, which includes:

• Primavera P6 utilization
• Schedule development and maintenance
• Cost analysis and controls
• Earned value measurement
• Reporting

Additional Responsibilities

• Facilitate internal team communication and meetings.
• Assist with customer interactions, including tracking project management deliverables and presenting project management status to external or internal customers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 20+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Primavera P6.
• Experience with schedule development and maintenance, cost analysis and control, earned value measurement, and reporting.
• Ability to resolve complex issues, strong organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and effectively manage multiple or changing priorities.

Other Job Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE “Q” security clearance.

Work Schedule

Typical work schedule will be Monday–Thursday, 10‑hour days (4/10 schedule).
