Job summary

Consolidated Nuclear Security in Oak Ridge, TN, is seeking a Planning and Scheduling professional to coordinate multi-scope project planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and reporting. You will interface with Project Managers and core teams to keep projects on track and compliant.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience (or Master’s with 3+ years). Proficiency in Primavera P6, SAP, and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 12+ years of education/training/experience may satisfy requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Access).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, scheduling, estimating, monitoring, and reporting across multiple scopes.
• Interface with Project Managers and Core Team Members.
• Provide tools to keep projects on track, within budget, and compliant.
• Plan, develop, monitor, and control project scopes, schedules, costs, and risk.
• Perform schedule, cost, and resource variance analysis.
• Prepare cost and schedule reports and trend analyses.
• Ensure data integrity and configuration control.
• Facilitate internal team communications and meetings.
• Assist with customer interactions and status reporting.
• Budgeting and forecasting for program planning and BOEs.
