Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to join our growing team in Raleigh. The ideal candidate will be a construction professional with experience supporting project controls cost and schedule on large projects or programs.

Responsibilities include managing cost/change control, budgeting, invoice processing, and preparing earned value and monthly management reports, while coordinating with PMs, suppliers, and the project team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management, cost management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of applicable experience in project controls.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project; advanced Excel skills.
• Strong self-organization, coordination, and planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost and change control processes across projects.
• Track and review change orders with the Project Manager.
• Budget management and tracking of costs against GMP/SOW.
• Prepare earned value reports and monthly management reports.
• Coordinate with PMs, suppliers and the commodity management team.
