Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to join our Raleigh team, focusing on cost and schedule controls for large construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage change control processes, track budgets, and produce regular management reporting.

Open to experienced professionals with strong communication, planning, and organizational skills, and a proven track record in project controls using Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Strong communications, planning and organizational skills.
• Experience with cost control, scheduling and project controls on large construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost/change control, including change order review, negotiation and recommendations, delay analysis.
• Track and review change orders with Project Manager.
• Manage contingency draw and budget tracking.
• Invoice/payment application processing, tracking and reporting.
• Produce monthly and earned value reports for management.
• Follow up on proposals, reviews and negotiations for timely contract execution.
• Develop and maintain RFP/SOW/change order templates and service agreements as needed.
• Maintain on-site records, document control and close-out documentation.
