Job summary

• FAR and DFARS knowledge is required or strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all business operations activities supporting contract and program execution.
• Serve as the primary business interface with Contracting Officers and CORs.
• Administer contracts and provide guidance on interpretation and compliance.
• Oversee project cost control activities including actual cost analysis and variance reporting.
• Lead forecasting including labor, material, subcontract, revenue and indirect rate projections.
• Review and approve financial analyses, cost allocations and related transactions.
• Prepare and communicate customer financial deliverables and program status reviews.
• Support annual task order development, pricing initiatives and long-range planning.
• Manage procurement-related business activities including vendor coordination and invoicing issues.
• Ensure compliance with timekeeping, charging practices and internal controls.
• Support audits and resolution of financial or compliance issues.
• Provide business guidance to program leadership on risks and opportunities.
