Job summary

Lesaffre in the United States (Iowa) seeks a Project Control Analyst to drive cost control and portfolio forecasting across CAPEX programs. You will create and track projects in SAP and Mfiles, ensuring documentation and charge accounts are accurate while coordinating with finance.

You will monitor progress, manage budgets, prepare monthly reporting, support procurement, and help standardize PMO practices. A bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant experience, SAP/Mfiles proficiency and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) or 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
• Experience with M-files or similar document control system preferred.
• Experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing in biological or food and beverage industry is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates an unwavering commitment to Lesaffre's safety-first culture by strictly following all safety protocols and participating in required safety programs.
• Create and set up projects in Mfiles and SAP. Ensure that all required documentation and charge accounts are properly established, in coordination with the finance functions.
• Monitor project progress across the different programs of the portfolio. Track expenditures against individual project budget. Support procurement for Capex projects. Populate and reconcile cost control for larger Capex initiatives.
• Complete project reconciliation and closeout in SAP and Mfiles.
• Maintain accurate and current project information in SAP and Mfiles. Archive all project purchase orders and financial documents.
• Project tracking and forecasting: booked and paid forecasts, month-end close, variance analysis.
• Compile and consolidate portfolio data, and maintain visibility into overall portfolio performance.
• Conduct bi-weekly meetings with project managers of the different program, to review progress and discuss next steps.
