Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in project accounting focusing on billings or Bachelor’s degree with 0+ years.
• Strong initiative, attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with internal teams, vendors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute client invoices per contract terms and cycles.
• Track accounts receivable and assist in collections as needed.
• Assist in project setup including rate tables and billing terms.
• Code and route subcontractor invoices for approval.
• Assist in identifying coding for cash receipts and apply payments.
• Maintain professional communication with internal teams and clients.
• Support audits and closeout activities with billing documentation.
