Job summary

Allentown-LL in Allentown, NJ, is seeking a Project Manager, Strategic Service Programs to lead the planning, implementation, and adoption of global service transformation initiatives. You will act as the primary business lead and Product Owner for Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service Mobile, and AI for Services solutions.

You will collaborate with Service, IT, Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams to document requirements, manage UAT, develop training, and drive ongoing optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years in PM, BA, product ownership, service operations, or business transformation roles.
• Experience supporting Salesforce Service Cloud or CRM platforms.
• Experience gathering requirements, user stories, and process workflows.
• Strong PM skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience developing training materials and leading change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects supporting the Global Service transformation roadmap.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resource requirements, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate activities across Service, IT, Operations, Engineering, Sales, and external partners.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and success metrics for on-time and on-budget execution.
• Prepare status reports, executive updates, and project governance materials.
• Support the Manager of Service Transformation & Strategic Programs in executing strategic priorities.
• Serve as Product Owner for Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Mobile solutions.
• Gather, prioritize, and document user stories, requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of Salesforce-related processes and capabilities.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and support operational excellence goals.
• Develop training materials and lead change management initiatives.
