Job summary

Ochsner Health System is seeking a seasoned leader to drive strategic program efforts across the organization, leveraging project management, change management, and process improvement capabilities. You will interface with the executive team to steer program strategy and guide multidisciplinary teams to meet or exceed goals.

The role requires strong communication skills, governance, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels while traveling between facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA, healthcare admin, or related).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, supply chain, business administration, healthcare administration, project management or related.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategic initiatives ensuring program goals are achieved within budget and timelines.
• Leads program communications with senior management and project teams.
• Develops a consolidated integration project plan with key milestones and interdependencies.
• Facilitates process design sessions with stakeholders to determine future integrated processes.
• Performs other related duties as required.
