Job summary

KMS Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Operations Analyst to support the In-Service Strategic Submarines program (PMS 396) at the Washington Navy Yard. Duties include developing SOPs, managing MOAs/MOUs, and coordinating awards, onboarding, while maintaining SharePoint/Teams environments and executive-ready data products.

Requires 10+ years in related roles, DoD experience, and a bachelor’s degree; SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in related positions
• 7+ years working with the Department of Defense
• Experience briefing senior military and government leadership (Admirals/Generals/SES)
• Bachelor’s degree. Experience may be qualifying in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for corporate and program‑level processes.
• Manage ETMS2 taskers from receipt to closure with timely coordination and quality submissions.
• Draft, route, and maintain MOAs/MOUs with proper configuration control.
• Coordinate and process awards, letters of appreciation, and recognition packages.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding for personnel including accounts, accesses, and equipment.
• Serve as SharePoint and Teams administrator to support operational efficiency.
• Maintain documentation libraries, dashboards, and workflows for leadership.
