Job summary

Amazon’s Global Executive Marketing (GEM) team seeks an experienced Program Manager to design and stand up persona-based programs: CIOs, CFOs, and other executives. You’ll coordinate cross-functional efforts across Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Architecture to deliver scalable engagement experiences.

In fast-paced environments, you’ll build and iterate on program frameworks, manage end-to-end events, track outcomes, and partner with senior leaders to drive executive engagement and revenue

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
• Experience producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels.
• Experience in brand identity and voice development.
• Experience creating brand marketing content.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and manage persona-based programs for executive audiences.
• Coordinate events and channel strategy including digital marketing and events.
• Develop program roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics for new initiatives.
• Create repeatable playbooks and templates for scalable execution.
• Operate with agility and adapt plans as program needs evolve.
