Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or preferred.
• One year of coaching or teacher leadership experience.
• Three years developing, implementing, and monitoring state or federal grant programs as a teacher or administrator.
• One year of budget development/implementation experience; Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate instructional programs with private schools and district departments.
• Monitor third-party contracts and review student performance data to ensure academic achievement.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor a tracking system for federal programs, budgets, and grant implementation.
• Provide consultations and expertise to private schools and district departments to improve learning outcomes.
