• Four years of experience constructing and mentoring interdisciplinary groups.

Responsibilities

• Set goals for the work group and develop organizational capability.
• Leads and enables others to manage complex, globally distributed projects and applications.
• Identifies maximum fee engagements for the team and secures collaborative partnership opportunities.
• Develops talent and proposes partners for growth opportunities.
• Identifies efficiencies and removes barriers to enable the crew to reach goals.
• Demonstrates storytelling to galvanize partners around shared vision.
• Develops strategic and operational plans for the work group and manages execution and measurement.
• Negotiates for human, financial, and other resources and provides consulting guidance to teams.
• Applies knowledge and techniques to meet cross‑program goals autonomously.
• Communicates decisions to stakeholders and ensures alignment.
• Leads strategic assignments, facilitates problem-solving across functional teams.
• Coaches the crew in thinking through complex and ambiguous issues.
• Oversees and reviews team analytics for accuracy and integrity.
• Facilitates collaborative work to drive shared priorities and deliverables.
• Provides leadership to maintain professional standards and secure forward progress.
