Responsibilities

Oversee, manage, and train Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
Serve as the primary escalation point of contact for project and internal stakeholders.
Own the delivery of complex programs and projects.
Create and standardize program, customer, and service-offering documentation.
Directly manage consultants and communicate roles needed to achieve objectives.
Build relationships and provide performance feedback.
Manage team culture to support strong performance.
Provide professional support as needed.
Perform other job duties as assigned.
