Job summary

Maximus seeks a Senior Director, Account Leader to drive the MA Connector Program, ensuring successful client relationships, program delivery, and technology-enabled transformation. You will partner with executives and technical teams to advance enrollment, premium processing, and operational excellence across complex programs.

This role involves occasional travel for client meetings, business needs, and program activities, with a focus on strategic oversight and innovation to meet long‑term

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• 12–15 years of professional experience in a related field required.
• Experience in Agile software development and SDLC environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage program plan, governance, and budget to meet contractual targets.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and align stakeholders across operations, tech, and PMO.
• Drive operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor leadership and optimize staffing, resources, and performance metrics.
• Guide RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and execution of complex program deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and regulatory standards.
