Job summary

Kingsbury, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned programs and projects, ensuring alignment with objectives, schedules, and resources.

You will partner with the Corporate Manager, Continuous Improvement & Programs, the Continuous Improvement Leader, and cross-functional teams to manage execution risk and deliver commitments. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading or coordinating multiple programs or projects in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Experience with DoD contracts and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously within a cross-functional, team-based environment.
• Proven track record of disciplined program execution and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of assigned programs from planning through completion.
• Use manufacturing systems and dashboards to monitor status, identify risks, and support decision-making.
• Establish and maintain program plans, milestones, budgets, and controls; track progress and variances.
• Identify execution gaps, resource constraints, and dependencies; drive solutions and resolution.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and other teams to deliver commitments.
