• Familiarity with healthcare/pharmacy industry dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages large transformation programs with cross-functional impact.
• Executes prioritized transformation programs and defines routines to deliver benefits.
• Directs activities to meet time and budget, with end-to-end evaluation.
• Analyzes insights to improve operational effectiveness and benefits capture.
• Ensures programs finish on time and within budget, aligned to standards.
• Manages project prioritization within the program to achieve benefits.
• Proactively identifies cross-functional risks and issues.
• Resolves conflicts and negotiates with stakeholders.
• Directs activities through matrix leadership when needed.
• Oversees performance management of matrixed teams as required.
• Translates outputs into executive-level updates and recommendations.
