Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in the state of practice required or obtainable by start date.
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience including dispensing and compliance.
• Experience with payer contracts, billing, and claims processes.
• Experience in indirect management of team members or a residency.

Responsibilities

• Directs the operation of the store (front-end and pharmacy departments).
• Improves prescription numbers, pharmacy sales, profit, and image through accurate filling and courteous service.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations and internal policies; maintains required records and reports.
• Maintains licensure of pharmacy department personnel and oversees training on payer and contractual requirements.
