Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management, CX, or product operations in financial services.
• Experience owning high-value customer segments or critical programs.
• Ability to define strategy and lead cross-functional programs.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning priorities.
• KPI/OKR development and executive reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of trading product domains and set targets for contact reduction.
• Lead the high net worth CX program end-to-end across cross-functional teams.
• Define strategy, priorities, and operating model across Sales, Compliance, and Trading.
• Create multi-quarter roadmaps with in-product fixes and CX improvements.
• Lead CX readiness for Tier 1 launches and measure post-launch impact.
