Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a CX Trading Program Manager to own the end-to-end support experience for trading products. You will bridge Trading product teams and CX operations to reduce friction, drive launches, and improve retention for key customers.

You’ll manage a portfolio of domains, define segment strategy, and lead cross-functional programs across Sales, Compliance, Risk, and Trading teams. Expect a remote-first, hybrid setup with quarterly in-person surges.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management, CX, or product operations.
• 5+ years in a trading, brokerage, or financial services environment.
• Proven track record owning high-value programs with retention/revenue metrics.
• Experience spanning 5+ cross-functional teams with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to influence Directors+ and align competing priorities.
• Defined KPI frameworks, OKR glidepaths, and executive reporting.
• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
• Responsible AI usage with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of trading product domains, with launch readiness and performance scorecards.
• Lead the high net worth CX program end-to-end; define segment strategy and service model.
• Set frameworks for ambiguous, high-stakes problems; influence stakeholders.
• Build a multi-quarter roadmap; drive improvements via automation and proactive support.
• Coordinate CX readiness for Tier 1 launches; measure post-launch impact.
