Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a CX Trading Program Manager to own end-to-end support for our trading products, delivering a differentiated service model for high-value customers.

You will drive retention and reduce friction by coordinating across Sales, Compliance, Risk, and Trading product teams. The role requires 7+ years in program management or CX, with 5+ years in trading or financial services, plus experience leading complex cross-functional programs and executive-ready reporting.

Formación

• 7+ years in program management, CX, or product operations
• 5+ years in trading, brokerage, or financial services
• Proven record owning high-value customer segments or critical programs
• Ability to define strategy and lead cross-functional programs
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Experience with KPI frameworks and executive reporting
• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of trading product domains with launch readiness and performance scorecards
• Lead the high net worth CX program end-to-end across multiple teams
• Set strategy and prioritization frameworks for complex, high-stakes problems
• Build a multi-quarter improvement roadmap with in-product fixes and CX improvements
• Execute CX readiness for Tier 1 launches and measure post-launch impact
• Partner with Trading product teams through regular reviews and executive reporting
