Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a seasoned CX Trading Program Manager to own end-to-end support for trading products and drive high-value customer outcomes. You will partner with Trading product, Sales, Compliance, and CX operations to reduce friction, improve launches, and boost retention among key clients.

You will define strategy, lead multi-team programs, and deliver measurable business results, including KPIs and executive reporting.

Qualifications

7+ years in program management, CX, or product operations.
Proven track record owning a high-value customer segment or business-critical program.
Ability to define strategy and lead cross-functional programs spanning 5+ teams.
Experience influencing Directors+ and aligning priorities without direct authority.
Proficiency in KPI frameworks, OKR glidepaths, and executive reporting.
Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of trading product domains, including launch readiness and performance scorecards.
Lead the high net worth CX program end-to-end with cross-functional partners.
Set strategy and prioritization frameworks for high-stakes problems and align resources.
Build and execute multi-quarter roadmaps combining in-product fixes and CX improvements.
Coordinate CX readiness for Tier 1 launches and measure post-launch impact.
Provide executive-ready reporting on voice-of-customer themes and business impact.
