Job summary

Aledade, a public benefit corporation, seeks a Senior Director of Risk Stratification to lead strategy and execution across field, partner, and go-to-market efforts for risk stratification programs and products.

The role involves building strategic relationships with payer partners and senior leaders, guiding EHR Overlay initiatives, and coordinating with product, analytics, and technology teams to advance risk stratification initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive professional experience, or 7+ years progressive professional experience with a Master’s Degree, strongly preferred
• 4+ years of experience in value‑based care
• 4+ years of experience working on initiatives directly related to risk adjustment, risk stratification, EHR Overlay and/or Point of Care Insight Delivery, and/or scaled health tech operations
• 2+ years of experience working in a central organization hub and partnering with provider stakeholders and/or field / market teams supporting provider stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution for field, practice, and end user go-to-market efforts for all Risk Stratification program- and product‑related efforts
• Own partnerships with strategic practice partner leadership, payer partners, and vendors to advance complete and accurate diagnosis documentation
• Direct other Transformation team members’ ideation and execution of risk stratification, EHR Overlay, and other strategic initiatives, providing subject matter expertise, leading cross‑functional coordination across Aledade and external partners, and providing guidance on new and maturing program design, materials development, reporting and monitoring, prioritization, and value estimation
• Coordinate with cross‑functional product, analytics, technology, performance, care programs, and other senior leaders across Aledade to advance collaborative risk stratification efforts
