Job summary

Aledade, Inc. is seeking a Program Specialist to act as a project manager and operator within the Hospital and Health Systems team.

You will drive the operational heartbeat of AI enablement and ACO operations by deploying structured project management frameworks and executing critical workstreams that enable performance success. You will collaborate with senior leadership across Medicare Advantage, MSSP, Medicaid, and commercial value-based care contracts, translating strategy into measurable

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of progressive professional experience in operations, healthcare management, or value-based care/risk adjustment environments.
Project Management: independently scope, track, and execute multiple project workstreams.
Communication: strong written and verbal skills with stakeholders at regional executives.
Technical: proficient with Google Suite, Salesforce, Monday.com; familiarity with AI-based platforms and reporting tools.
Willingness to travel 10-25% for market activities.

Responsibilities

Ownership of initiative and project execution across multiple workstreams.
Collaborate with senior leadership to build an AI-first performance strategy for reporting and execution.
Deploy project management tools and playbooks for localized initiatives; standardize practices across field teams.
Leverage AI tools to manage multiple priorities while mitigating resource constraints and risks.
Manage ACO operational cadence; lead cross-functional meetings and action follow-ups.
Plan and support leadership in internal/external meetings and events, including board meetings.
Maintain SOPs, compliance docs, and board records; manage practice relationships data.
Bridge centralized teams and field teams to minimize silos and align objectives.
Work with Strategy and Operations to deliver ad hoc data visualizations.
